GREEN RENOVATION PROJECT – PROGRESS UPDATE JUNE 28 - Fredericton Golf Club Inc. : Fredericton Golf Club Inc.

We are very excited about the recent progress made to our Green Renovation Project. Rod Whitman‘s team of Keith Cutten and Kurtis Lavis have been working very hard the past few weeks which has resulted in significant changes and progress on holes #4, 5, 10 & 13.

The drainage system and irrigation have been installed on hole #4 which will be finished by applying layers of crushed rock and sand prior to the secondary shaping of the green. Work has shifted to hole #5 where Kurtis and Morgan are beginning the installation of the drainage pipes.

The drainage installation on hole #10 is progressing with the construction of a runoff into the stream in front of the green which will allow for an accelerated draining process, the pipe system will run from the back right of the green all the way to the stream. Hole #13 has been shaped and awaits construction of the drainage phase which will begin once holes #4, 5 & 10 have completed their respective project phases.

We are at an exciting point in the project and look forward to sharing more progress of the greens in the upcoming weeks.
